J. C. Riley had this home built in the 1930s from wood that was removed from an old railroad station across the street. Mr. Riley lived there until 1992. The fully furnished cottage can sleep up to six people and offers two bedrooms with king size beds, two "sleeper" sofas, two full baths (one tub/shower and one jacuzzi tub), a full kitchen (with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range/oven), washer and dryer, dining table with chairs, as well as a large, tree-covered fenced yard with a picnic table.
